These Terms govern your access to and use of the AVREI Strategic Partners website (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these Terms in full.

AVREI Strategic Partners provides facilitation, introduction, and coordination services on a principal-to-principal basis. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, deposit-taking institution, or licensed securities intermediary, and we do not offer regulated financial services.

3. Verification & eligibility

Services are offered only to verified principals following mandate confirmation, KYC / AML review, and source-of-funds verification. Introductions to Tier 1 banks and service providers remain subject to those institutions' independent onboarding, compliance, and eligibility requirements.

4. Accuracy of information

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice. We make no representation or warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the AVREI Strategic Partners name, marks, logo, and copy — is owned by the firm or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Cayman Islands, save where mandatory law provides otherwise.
