These Terms govern your access to and use of the AVREI Strategic Partners website (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these Terms in full.

1. No offer or solicitation

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation of any security, deposit, commodity, financial product, or investment strategy in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

2. Nature of services

AVREI Strategic Partners provides facilitation, introduction, and coordination services on a principal-to-principal basis. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, deposit-taking institution, or licensed securities intermediary, and we do not offer regulated financial services.

3. Verification & eligibility

Services are offered only to verified principals following mandate confirmation, KYC / AML review, and source-of-funds verification. Introductions to Tier 1 banks and service providers remain subject to those institutions' independent onboarding, compliance, and eligibility requirements.

4. Accuracy of information

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice. We make no representation or warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the AVREI Strategic Partners name, marks, logo, and copy — is owned by the firm or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

7. Communications & opt-out

By submitting your email address or phone number through the Site you consent to receive related communications — including email and text (SMS/MMS) messages — from the firm and from third-party affiliates and service providers acting on its behalf. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of email via the unsubscribe link or by written request. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. 8. Governing law

Because AVREI Strategic Partners serves as a gateway — and is not the contracting entity on any transaction — governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution mechanics are specified in the definitive engagement documentation executed by the participating principals and institutions under mutual NCNDA.
