Communications & Opt-Out

Communications & Messaging Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This notice explains the email and text (SMS/MMS) messages you may receive from AVREI Strategic Partners and from third-party affiliates, partners, and service providers acting on our behalf — and how to stop them at any time.

1. Messages you may receive

  • Replies and follow-ups to an inquiry you submitted.
  • Mandate, transaction, and closing-process updates.
  • Compliance, KYC / AML, and source-of-funds document requests.
  • Service notices relating to the Portal, NCNDA execution, or scheduled calls and meetings.

2. Who may contact you

Messages may be sent by AVREI directly or by third-party affiliates, partners, and service providers engaged by AVREI — including messaging and email delivery platforms, compliance and diligence vendors, scheduling providers, and, where you have instructed us, introduced counterparties such as banks, advisers, and co-investors. These parties act on AVREI's behalf under contract and are bound by confidentiality terms equivalent to our NCNDA standards.

3. Consent basis

We contact only those who provided their email address or mobile number through the inquiry form, the Portal, or an existing engagement. By providing a mobile number you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry or mandate from AVREI and its affiliates. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Opting out of text messages

Reply STOP to any text message to stop further texts from that sender. Reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored promptly; you may receive a single confirmation message acknowledging the request. To resume messages, reply START or contact us at the addresses below.

5. Opting out of email

Use the unsubscribe link included in our emails, or send an opt-out request to the addresses in Section 8. Opting out of one channel does not automatically opt you out of the other — tell us if you wish to stop both.

6. Messages that may continue

Where an active mandate or engagement exists, essential transactional, compliance, and legally required notices may continue after a marketing opt-out. These are limited to what is necessary to administer the engagement or meet regulatory obligations.

7. Frequency, rates & delivery

Message frequency varies with the activity on your inquiry or mandate. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and text messages are not a secure channel — do not send sensitive counterparty documents by SMS.

8. Contact

Opt-out, privacy, and data requests may be sent to inquiries@avrei.us or avrei.us@protonmail.com. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
