Privacy Policy

AVREI Strategic Partners ("we", "our", or "the firm") is a Cayman Islands–domiciled Strategic Partner. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information submitted through this website and via direct correspondence.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily submit: your name, organization, email, phone, inquiry type, and the narrative you provide in the inquiry form or by email. Verified principals who proceed to onboarding provide additional KYC / AML / source-of-funds documentation under separate written engagement terms.
2. How we use information
Submitted information is used solely to evaluate your inquiry, conduct KYC and counterparty verification, coordinate NCNDA execution, and — where appropriate — make introductions to Tier 1 banks, institutional investors, or advisers. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
3. Confidentiality & NCNDA
All counterparty correspondence is held under NCNDA standards. Details of your mandate, holdings, or project are shared with third parties (banks, co-investors, advisers) only after your written instruction and under equivalent confidentiality terms.
4. Data retention
Inquiry records are retained for the period necessary to complete diligence and any resulting engagement, and thereafter as required by applicable law and audit standards. You may request deletion of non-transactional records at any time.
5. Security
The site and inquiry pipeline run on encrypted infrastructure. Sensitive counterparty documents are exchanged via secure channels disclosed inside the Portal — not via public email attachments beyond the 15MB threshold.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR where it applies), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the addresses below.
7. Contact
Privacy requests may be sent to inquiries@avrei.us or avrei.us@protonmail.com.
